10 things I don't miss from home

North India is different, it will always be the part of my heart. BUT Goa... a little dirty shitty Europe. I emphasis here: I haven't been to south India, only in Goa, so this is not representing, only a little part, Goa.

So what I won't miss from home are the following:

1. Work
Who wants to go back to an endless, meaningless carreer! Try to do something which you really like. Maybe work less than 40 hours per week. Is it possible? Maybe. You have to be smart, but first of all, enjoy that time, don't let it ruin your days/weeks/months/years/life.

2. Hot water
Well, when you have no choice, why worry? At least I'm doing my own skin toning cure. Suprise, but I could cope with that. Pleasant discovery that I'm not a picky princess. hahaha

3. Meat
Interesting part. I heard and I actually agree with the theory that meat is only an option. But nowdays as we have everything (in theory), there is no real need to eat meat. But. And here is the but. I'm more happy to eat trustable meat, which is real. But is it 100%? In India they say, is it a happy cow? :-) No, so rather not to risk. And the other but is that who says we have everything? We have food which looks like real, but also full of chemicals, so its your choice again, who do you believe. Your eyes, your home lab (oh you don't have - that's sucks), or the PR...

4. Chickpeas, beans, lentil
Strange, but at home I got immediate allergic reaction if I eat any of the above, but not in India. Maybe the preservatives...

5. Neverending complaining people
I haven't noticed any during my travel.. ok, one exception. My landlord at my last accomodation.. but apart from them everyone were satisfied with their lives. Respect.

6. Politics
Well, we all know the situation in Europe, so it is nice to not to hear about it when people didn't have anything to say. However the replacing topic was drogs, but hey I was in Goa, what did you expect?!

7. Banana
Indian small banana is the best in the world! When we say "banana" we just think there is only one type, but in India there are many many kinds of bananas, so I really don't miss that boring one. Tasteless compared to the one I had here.

8. Competitive lifestyle
Now I wear an imaginary condom, so nothing can stress me anymore. I can handle it with my best friend: Old Monk Pranayama.

9. Shower cabins
I'm still amazed, even 6 months after I have seen the first one in the ashram in Rishikesh. There is no more hassle around cleaning a frame in the bathroom, they just simply didn't build it in, and when you have a shower, in the same time clean the place, and dry in one second with a wiper. Cooool, smart, efficient, time saver. Love it!

10. Túró Rudi
Again politics... :-) Sorry Viktor.
(The above mentioned dessert supposed to attract Hungarians working abroad working in moving back home. If nothing, this chocolate coated cottage cheese will do. Yeah, for sure..)
